NAMI Albuquerque is seeking volunteers to help prepare for the Pathways to Hope FaithNet Conference before the event begins. This behind-the-scenes volunteer opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy organizing, working as a team, and helping create a successful event.

Volunteers will assist with assembling conference materials, stuffing swag bags, organizing name badges and lanyards, preparing registration packets, organizing supplies, setting up refreshments for volunteers, and making sure everything is ready for the conference. No prior experience is necessary—just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to help.

Approximately 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Stop by whenever you're available during this time. Whether you can volunteer for an hour or stay the entire evening, every helping hand makes a difference.

Join NAMI Albuquerque as we participate in the 4th Annual Maternal Mental Health Summit, hosted by Kassy's Kause.

As a NAMI Albuquerque volunteer, you'll help staff our resource table by setting up and organizing our display, welcoming visitors, sharing information about NAMI Albuquerque's free mental health education programs, support groups, advocacy, and community resources, and introducing attendees to our growing NAMI on Campus initiatives at the University of New Mexico (UNM) and Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). Volunteers will also assist with packing up and breaking down our table at the end of the event.

Whether you volunteer for one shift or several, you'll help connect individuals and families with valuable mental health resources available throughout our community.

Volunteers on this team may assist with sponsorship outreach, donation requests, flyer distribution, decorations, centerpieces, signage, ticket support, setup, hospitality, and helping create a fun, welcoming, and successful event experience for guests and community partners. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy creativity, event planning, teamwork, community engagement, and helping raise awareness and support for mental health programs and services throughout Albuquerque.

NAMI Albuquerque is looking for organized, dependable, and community-minded volunteers to help support the daily operations of our office and volunteer program. Volunteers may assist with office organization, filing, paperwork, preparing materials, volunteer support, answering phones, and helping keep the office running smoothly.

This volunteer opportunity is available Monday through Thursday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Volunteers are not expected to serve every day. Instead, our Office Support Coordinator will contact you to discuss your availability and work with you to create a schedule that fits both your availability and the needs of NAMI Albuquerque.

If you enjoy working behind the scenes, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming environment for our staff, volunteers, and community members, we'd love to have you join our team.

You are the key to keeping our conference running! As a General Volunteer, you'll help wherever you're needed throughout the day to ensure our attendees, presenters, exhibitors, and fellow volunteers have a great experience.

From setting up meeting rooms and refreshments to greeting guests, assisting with registration, delivering supplies, helping presenters, supporting activities, and breaking down at the end of the day, you'll be part of the team that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

General Volunteers are the glue that holds the conference together. While presentations are taking place and other volunteers are serving in specific roles, you'll provide the extra support needed to keep the event running smoothly.

You'll work alongside our Volunteer Coordinator and conference leadership team, who will provide guidance and assign tasks throughout your shift.
