Join Imagine Barelas, a neighborhood-focused effort of Imagine, ABQ, for a community day of action celebrating the people, places, history, and possibilities of Barelas.
On Saturday, September 26, volunteers, neighbors, local businesses, community organizations, and partners will come together throughout the Barelas neighborhood for hands-on projects designed to care for and celebrate our shared community.
Volunteer activities may include neighborhood cleanup, litter removal, beautification, painting, landscaping, public space improvements, and support for other community-led projects along the Barelas corridor.
No special experience is required. Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or simply want to help make a difference, there will be opportunities to participate.
This is more than a cleanup. Imagine Barelas is about bringing people together, supporting the neighborhood, and showing what is possible when community ideas become community action.
