As a Set-Up Support volunteer, you will assist with preparing the event space to ensure everything is ready for a successful day. Responsibilities include setting up tents, tables, and chairs, as well as taping and placing signage throughout the site. This role is hands-on and may involve lifting, carrying, and organizing materials. Volunteers should be comfortable working as part of a team, following directions, and adapting to changing needs during setup.
Please be prepared to work outdoors in warm or hot weather conditions. Volunteers are encouraged to bring a hat, umbrella, water, sunblock, and light layers or coverage in case of inclement weather. Comfortable footwear is recommended as you will be on your feet for extended periods.
