The City of Albuquerque’s Community Recreation and Educational Initiatives Division offer programs and services that meet community needs, enhance the quality of life, and promote community involvement through the provision of cultural activities, recreation, education, health & wellness, and special events.
The 7th annual Cruzin’ event is intended to gather families and community in a fun environment to ignite a passion for learning; boost student confidence; and ease financial burden for families, by giving students the essential school supplies, services, and resources needed to thrive in the upcoming school year.
We are looking for volunteers to help set up the facility in preparation for the event. This will include setting up tables, chairs, separating and organizing school supplies.
