Trail Watch Volunteers (TWV) act as the “eyes and ears” for Open Space. Over 30,000 acres of land (and growing) is a lot of ground to cover for a staff of approximately 40 people. We depend on trained TWVs to communicate the “big picture” in Open Space; guide us to areas that require our attention; educate the public about the rules of safe, low-impact trail use; and be a role model for other trail users.
