Upon arrival, volunteers will receive training and preparation for the event.
Event End Time: 8:00 PM
Clean Up: Volunteers will help clean up between 7:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Sign in: All the Volunteers to check in upon arrival
VENDOR GUIDES (Opening): (4 volunteers needed)
Roles:
Receive and guide vendors as they park, and assist with setting up vendor materials.
Inform guests about food and drink options.

Guide vendors as they depart and assist in the teardown/cleanup of vendor materials.
