Meet at the Albuquerque Convention Center Hall 3
*Underground Parking is free from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Upon arrival, volunteers will receive training and preparation for the event.
Event End Time: 8:00 PM
Clean Up: Volunteers will help clean up between 7:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Sign in: All the Volunteers to check in upon arrival
Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities
GREETERS/HOSPITALITY (4 volunteers needed)
Roles:
Receive and welcome people as they attend.
Give directions at the event (Restrooms, Food, Events, Parking, etc.)
Answer guest questions to the best of their ability
Stations:
Around Hall 3 - Albuquerque Convention Center, where there is an influx of people. Presumably, these will be by the parking entrances by the stairs and the entrances to the left and right of the main stage. People will be coming from multiple direc
