During each session of Balloon Fiesta, the Balloon Museum Foundation hosts fundraising dining events on the upper deck of the Museum for a VIP viewing experience.
Guest Check-In requires checking guest tickets upon arrival, issuing tickets and swag, and providing directions to the dining room. Must be comfortable with technology and have a phone to use for the check-in app.
This can be a fast-paced position and requires being on your feet for the duration of the shift. This position is the first point of contact for many guests. Customer service experience is helpful.
Two Shifts available:
Morning Shift: 4:30-7:30
Evening Shift: 4:00-6:30
Dinner Dress code: black bottom, black top.

All volunteers must attend one of the following trainings at the Balloon Museum, to review policies, procedures, and receive parking passes. Trainings will be held the last week of September. Information will be sent to volunteers. Allow 90 minutes for the training session.
Those who volunteer for two or more shifts receive a commemorative t-shirt and a pass to attend Fiesta.
