Volunteers needed on Sun., July 14 Wilson Block/Pool Party. Volunteers will assist during event set-up starting 12pm and breakdown at 6pm -- event lasts from 1pm-6pm.

This is a City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County Summer of Nonviolence co-sponsored event. The event will take place at Wilson Pool and Park in Southeast Albuquerque. There will be a pool party along with a breakdancing tournament, and a skate jam, resource providers and vendors. 


Volunteers will primarily be helping chaperone youth 6 to 24 years old, helping set up tables and tents, assisting in transporting items across the park, directing foot traffic, and answering general questions about the event. Additional duties will be explained the day of the event.
