Time Commitment: 9AM-1PM
Position Summary
Annual Survey Support Volunteers assist consumers in completing the organization’s online Annual Survey. Volunteers will be stationed near the computer lab or designated computer area within the centers and actively encourage participation. This role helps ensure valuable feedback is collected to improve programs and services.
Key Responsibilities

Remain present in or near the computer lab/designated computer area during assigned shifts

Encourage and invite consumers to participate in the online Annual Survey

Assist consumers with accessing the survey on the computer

Help set up the survey, log in if necessary, and guide consumers in getting started

Answer general questions about the survey process (without influencing responses)

Provide a designated thank-you item to consumers upon survey completion

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
