Join NAMI Albuquerque, NAMI New Mexico, and NAMI Santa Fe as we come together to represent NAMI at the National Latino Behavioral Health Association (NLBHA) Conference, September 9–11, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque.
This is a great opportunity for community members to volunteer alongside NAMI representatives, welcome conference attendees, share mental health resources, answer general questions about NAMI programs and services, and help create a welcoming presence at our shared exhibitor
NAMI CEO Daniel H. Gillison Jr. will also participate virtually as a keynote speaker during the conference, making this an exciting opportunity to support NAMI’s presence while connecting with behavioral health professionals, organizations, and community members from across the region.
Volunteer activities may include: greeting attendees, sharing NAMI resources and information, assisting at the exhibitor table, connecting visitors with appropriate NAMI programs, and representing NAMI’s commitment to mental health education, support, advocacy, and community.
No previous NAMI volunteer experience is required. Volunteers from NAMI Albuquerque, NAMI Santa Fe, NAMI New Mexico, and members of the greater Albuquerque community are welcome.
