Help Re-Establish NAMI on Campus at UNM & CNM for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

Location: University of New Mexico (UNM), Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), and occasional volunteer opportunities with NAMI Albuquerque.
Age Requirement: 18 years or older
Description
Are you a UNM or CNM student who is passionate about mental health, leadership, and making a difference on campus?
NAMI Albuquerque is seeking students interested in helping re-establish NAMI on Campus at UNM and launch a NAMI on Campus organization at CNM for the 2026–2027 academic year.
This is an opportunity to become part of the student leadership team and help shape the direction of the organization from the very beginning of the school year. Students interested in serving as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, or other leadership positions are encouraged to apply, along with students who simply want to be active members.

- Help organize and grow NAMI on Campus.

- Collaborate with university staff, student organizations, and community partners.
- Help create a welcoming and supportive campus community.
Who We’re Looking For
- Current UNM or CNM students.
- Age 18 or older.
- Interested in leadership, service, advocacy, or mental health awareness.
- No previous experience with NAMI is required—just a willingness to learn and get involved.
