Information Booth
Position Information: Information Booth Volunteers are seated at a table inside the Welcome Tent outside the front of the Balloon Museum. They greet visitors with warmth and enthusiasm. Information Booth Volunteers answer questions about the Balloon Museum, about Balloon Fiesta, and about visiting Albuquerque in general. They use printed resources including schedules of events, maps, guides, and FAQs to help answer questions. Volunteers should be friendly and helpful with every visitor.
Considerations: Information Booth Volunteers are outside and should prepare appropriately for the weather since it can be unpredictable. This position is mostly seated.
Be sure to sign up for the 2024 Balloon Museum Fiesta Volunteer Training on either Monday, September 23rd at 9:30 am OR Saturday, September 28th at 2 pm
