***This position is only open to experienced Balloon Museum volunteers***
Position Information: Shift Support Leaders circulate throughout the Museum as the main point of contact and support for all volunteers on shifts where the Volunteer Coordinator is not available. They check in with volunteers, fill in as needed for short breaks, and serve as liaison between the volunteers and the staff Manager on Duty to troubleshoot minor issues. Shift Support may also be asked to oversee volunteer check-in/outs for their shift.
Considerations: This position involves continuous walking around both inside and outside the Balloon Museum and entails a level of responsibility beyond other volunteer positions.
