Every November, the Balloon Explorium invites 5th grade classes from local elementary schools to the Balloon Museum to fly tissue paper balloons which they have made in their classrooms. The Museum will round out these mornings with a variety of fun activities for the students – light and airy opportunities for exploration out on our lawns, ranging from buoyancy games, to sidewalk chalk balloons, to parachutes, to gigantic bubbles. We are seeking 12-15 young-at-heart volunteers to share the fun with our guests and keep activities running smoothly. Please consider joining us for these lively mornings!
