Volunteers are needed to assist with the screening of employees working out of the Emergency Operations Center.
Volunteers are needed to conduct temporal scans of employees as they enter the facility. City employees will be working with the medical director and other members of the medical team, and will fill a valuable role in helping our critical employees limit their exposure to COVID-19.
Volunteers will also need to conduct an interview of employees prior to their admittance to the facility to determine their level of exposure to potential COVID-19 infections. City employees will ask about:
- Travel history.
- Whether employees are currently experiencing fever, cough, congestion or other physical effects associated with a COVID-19 infection.
Personal protective equipment will be provided to all volunteers acting in this capacity, if required.
