Volunteer Intern

The Albuquerque Police Department Volunteer Intern Program provides college students and individuals interested in public service with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting the Department's mission.

Volunteer interns assist with administrative projects, community outreach, special events, and other support functions that help sworn officers and civilian staff better serve the community. Through this experience, interns develop professional skills, gain insight into law enforcement operations, and make meaningful contributions to the Albuquerque Police Department.
