The New Mexico Cheese Guild, a non-profit supporting local cheesemakers, seeks a volunteer Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to assist our Treasurer. In this role, you'll provide valuable financial expertise to help us manage our resources effectively and ensure our long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Assist with financial reporting and analysis. Provide guidance on budgeting and financial planning. Support the Treasurer in maintaining accurate financial records. Offer expertise on tax compliance and regulatory matters.

Qualifications:

Active CPA license. Experience with non-profit accounting is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to supporting the New Mexico cheesemaking community.
