Bosque Trails Hospice is a locally owned and operated hospice agency that was founded by experienced Albuquerque area practitioners with over 30 years of collective hospice experience. With Bosque Trails Hospice, our goal is to provide the greater Albuquerque area with the absolute best personalized hospice care available.

Bosque Trails Hospice's mission is to provide superior end of life care, symptom management and support to our patients and the ones who love them as they navigate this final chapter of life. We are passionate about our community and how we care for our patients and are honored to be a part of your journey. Our team will communicate with patients and their loved ones to design an individualized care plan and prioritize what is important to each person physically, spiritually, emotionally and socially.  Our goal is to listen to our patients and what is important to them to support their dignity at the end of life.
