Our team includes professional filmmakers, apprentices, students, and community members working side-by-side in an environment that’s welcoming, collaborative, and purpose-driven. What We Do
Katharsis Media empowers communities through storytelling. We produce television and digital content that educates, entertains, and uplifts—broadcasting on the New Mexico Education Channel (Comcast 96) and across online platforms. Beyond production, we provide hands-on training, workshops, and mentorship opportunities for emerging filmmakers, youth, and creatives of all ages. Volunteers help us bring stories to life, support community events, and keep our studio running smoothly.
