LifeROOTS is a nonprofit organization based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through employment, independence, and community inclusion. As an AbilityOne provider, we deliver job coaching, supported employment, and janitorial training services to over 150 adults annually. For more than 65 years, LifeROOTS has created pathways to purpose by helping people with disabilities gain the skills and support they need to thrive in the workforce and live fulfilling lives.

LifeROOTS provides employment readiness, job coaching, supported employment, and janitorial and floor care training for adults with disabilities in the Albuquerque area. Through personalized support and real-world job placements—including federal and municipal contracts—we help individuals gain meaningful employment, learn critical life skills, and achieve greater independence. Our services are rooted in inclusion, accountability, and respect, ensuring that people with disabilities have the tools and opportunities to thrive both at work and in the community.
