Who We Are
Historic Fairview Cemetery first burial was in 1881. It became a nonprofit organization in 2012. A new Board started in March of 2020 with a vision to preserve and improve the grounds and share local history through the lives of the 12,000 people buried on our 17.5 acres.
What We Do
We do monthly volunteer clean up days the first Saturday of each month and we hold historic tours and special events in the cemetery highlighting the lives of our permanent residents related to the history of Albuquerque, New Mexico and the United States.
