Who We Are
For over 35 years, we have been supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to optimize quality of life. We respect the family as the expert — empowering, validating and encouraging family members to be confident advocates. We promote inclusion for people with developmental risks, delays or disabilities in every aspect of community life. We work closely with individuals and their families to help them strengthen basic life skills, achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
What We Do
Alta Mira is a nonprofit organization providing supports and services to families in Central New Mexico. Our program managers, therapists and entire staff believe Everyone Deserves a Chance to Fly in our community!
