Who We Are
For 20 years, our volunteers have been meeting monthly to collect, process, and give away gently-used children’s books to families that need them the most, and the organizations that reach out to them. We also publicize early literacy events which encourage reading starting at birth.

What We Do
We collect thousands of books each year that are given to learning centers, pre-schools, and dozens of other service organizations such as Foodbanks, so that families can bond with their children routinely and build libraries in their homes.
We work throughout the year for distribution to hospitals, govt office waiting rooms, CABQ buses, the Railrunner, charter schools, and neighborhood special events. We have never turned down a request for donations, and have the resources to order specific books for specific target populations of children.
